So the happy day finally came. While the first iPads made headlines and put smiles on a million faces, I sat patiently waiting for the 3G version to be released. It was a long 3 weeks but the wait came to an end last Friday when the FedEx truck finally stopped by. What could distract me from WoW? This!



It's an amazing device for what it's designed to do. It doesn't replace your cell phone or your laptop. It's something different and fills that niche like magic.

And if you had any question about the intentions of Apple's designers, just look at the back cover. It's too small too see in this crummy picture, but the model number stamped on the iPad in micro print is A1337. Yup, the iPad is here to pwn all netbooks and e-readers.
