Looking beyond imperfections doesn't imply ignoring them, or pretending they aren't there. It means you've already looked directly at them, so now remember to look around and beyond them to see them as a part of the bigger picture.

I do agree though, that the quote is a poor one if its intent is to help people find happiness. Not only is it badly worded: instead of saying "being happy means," they should have said "in order to be happy, one must...." But also, it focuses on the negative.

Speaking of focusing on the negative, here's one straight from the noble eight-fold path:

By the way... Hi everyone. Hopefully things are going well for you. Mamatank is level 47/50 now. It sure does take a long time to gain a level in Aion. Starting to build a nice reputation for myself among the pve-verse. I'm not really a "friends list" person, but in Aion if someone wants to add you to their friends list they have to send a friend request and you both have to maintain each other on the list, and my friends list is pretty big One thing that Aion does well with all classes is make it easy to sort of do ok, but really challenging to string your 2nd and 3rd combos to get the most out of all your cooldowns and tanking is no exception. The days of hitting the same combination of keys in sequence are gone forever. There's a giant gap between the few star tanks and the rest, so I'm more limited by instance lockouts than trying to find groups.

Anyway, I still read these forums at least a couple times a week, so keep me up to date on what's going on. I guess Icecrown must be about to open soon?
